PAO file does not reflect changes in IP name

Changes in IP name in the config file do not seem to propagate to the PAO file. To reproduce: change IP name in the config file to "mycircuit". Generate the IP. Inspect PAO file - libraries and top-level module are named example instead of mycircuit.
