Small changes for IAM lab

  • Port 5000 is used by AirPlay receiver on MacOS, so I changed it to 8081.
  • NodeJS is not needed to serve a static SPA, so I replaced it with NGINX and a simplified setup (no need to rebuild the image if the HTML is changed).
  • Changed the names for the 2 usernames to avoid confusion between the last names and the roles.
