Update electronics tutorial

Merge Request Overview

This merge request adds some small changes to the Electronics and KiCad tutorials:

• removed lab 01 exercises from the Electronics tutorial
• moved KiCad PCB example to the end of the KiCad tutorial

This merge request was tested by building the site locally.
