Fix mistake about DDRx bit significance

This merge request fixes the mistake about what bits mean in DDRx registers. Simply switched 0 to input and 1 to output, as per https://developerhelp.microchip.com/xwiki/bin/view/products/mcu-mpu/8-bit-avr/structure/ioports/
